This website, www.induspallet.com, is operated by Maxx Steel Corporation under the brand name Indus Pallet.
These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, sample approvals, purchase orders, payments and supplies made by Indus Pallet.
1. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are based on the quantity, dimensions, specifications and requirements provided by the buyer.
An order is confirmed after acceptance of our quotation and receipt of the required advance payment.
Any change in quantity, dimensions, material, design or other requirements may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.
2. Advance Payment for Custom Orders
All custom orders require an advance payment before production, procurement or customization begins.
The advance amount will be mentioned in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Once the advance payment is received, we may begin procurement, production or preparation of the order.
3. Sample Approval
Where a sample, drawing or specification is provided, the buyer must check it carefully before approval.
Approval through email, WhatsApp, purchase order or written confirmation will be treated as final sample approval.
Once the sample or specification is approved:
- The advance payment becomes non-refundable
- The order cannot be cancelled
- Production will continue according to the approved sample or specification
- Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges
The buyer cannot later reject the order for any feature, dimension, design, material or condition already covered by the approved sample.
4. Pre-Dispatch Inspection
The buyer or its authorised representative may inspect the completed goods at our warehouse before dispatch.
Any issue related to quality, dimensions, workmanship, quantity or approved specifications must be raised before dispatch.
If a verified defect or material difference from the approved sample is found before dispatch, Indus Pallet will correct or replace the affected goods before dispatch.
If the buyer does not inspect the goods and provides dispatch instructions, the goods will be treated as approved for dispatch.
5. Replacement Before Dispatch Only
Replacement will be provided only where a verified defect or material difference from the approved sample is identified before the goods leave our warehouse.
The replacement or correction will apply only to the affected goods.
Once the goods have been approved and dispatched, no replacement claim will be accepted for an issue that could have been identified before dispatch.
6. No Refund, Return or Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the approved goods are dispatched from our warehouse:
No refund will be provided.
No return will be accepted.
No replacement will be provided.
No cancellation will be accepted.
The buyer must complete all quality and specification checks before dispatch.
7. Responsibility After Dispatch
Our responsibility for the goods ends once the goods are loaded, handed over to the transporter and dispatched from our warehouse.
After dispatch, transportation, handling, unloading, storage and usage are the buyer’s responsibility.
Indus Pallet will not be responsible for damage caused by:
- Transportation
- Vehicle handling
- Rain or moisture
- Improper unloading
- Incorrect stacking
- Forklift handling
- Improper storage
- Overloading
- Mishandling after dispatch
This also applies where Indus Pallet helps arrange transportation for the buyer.
The buyer should arrange transit insurance where required.
8. Custom Orders
Products made according to specific dimensions, design, load requirements, treatment or other buyer requirements are treated as custom orders.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after sample approval.
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after dispatch.
The buyer is responsible for checking all specifications before approving the sample.
9. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer must provide correct product requirements before production begins.
This includes:
- Dimensions
- Product design
- Load requirements
- Racking requirements
- Intended use
- Storage conditions
- Heat treatment
- Export requirements
- Other technical requirements
Indus Pallet will manufacture or supply goods according to the approved information.
If the product meets the approved sample or specification, Indus Pallet will not be responsible if it is later found unsuitable for an application that was not disclosed before production.
10. Product Variations
Wood is a natural material.
Small differences in colour, grain, texture, knots, moisture, surface appearance or dimensions may occur.
These natural differences will not be treated as defects where the product meets the approved sample and specification.
Recycled or repaired pallets may show signs of previous use.
11. Balance Payment
The balance payment must be made according to the payment terms mentioned in the quotation, proforma invoice or invoice.
Indus Pallet may hold production or dispatch where payment is pending.
Goods may remain at our warehouse until the required payment before dispatch has been received.
12. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated based on order quantity, material availability and transportation conditions.
Indus Pallet will not be responsible for delays caused by transport problems, raw-material shortages, weather, government restrictions, labour issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A delivery delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the order or request a refund after sample approval or production has started.
13. Delay in Dispatch by Buyer
Once the goods are ready, the buyer must provide dispatch instructions and accept delivery.
If the buyer delays dispatch, additional storage, handling, vehicle detention or transportation charges may apply.
Delay in dispatch does not delay the buyer’s payment obligation.
14. Heat Treatment and Export Requirements
Any heat treatment, export requirement, certificate or special specification must be shared before sample approval and production.
The buyer is responsible for providing all destination-country or customer-specific requirements.
Any additional requirement shared after production begins may involve additional cost and revised delivery time.
15. Product Images and Website Information
Product images and descriptions shown on www.induspallet.com are for general reference.
Actual products may have natural or reasonable variations.
The approved sample, quotation and specification will be treated as the final reference for production.
16. Website Content
Website text, photographs, graphics, logo and other content belong to Maxx Steel Corporation / Indus Pallet or are used with permission.
Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of Maxx Steel Corporation relating to an order will be limited to the value of the directly affected goods.
Indus Pallet will not be responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit, production delay, business interruption, customer penalties or loss of another contract.
18. Terms of Sale
All orders are also subject to our Terms of Sale.
The approved quotation, sample, specification, purchase order, invoice and Terms of Sale will apply to the transaction.
The key commercial process is:
Advance Payment → Sample Approval → Advance Becomes Non-Refundable → Pre-Dispatch Inspection → Replacement Only for Verified Issues Before Dispatch → Dispatch → No Refund, Return, Replacement or Cancellation
19. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
Disputes should first be addressed through direct business communication.
Subject to applicable law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raigad, Maharashtra.
21. Changes to These Terms
Maxx Steel Corporation may update these Terms & Conditions when required.
The latest version will be published on this website.
